Biography:

I am an ARC Super Science Fellow in Exoplanetary Science in the department of Astrophysics and Optics of the School of Physics at UNSW under Professor Chris Tinney. The primary  focus of my work in this position will be to analyse NICI (Near Infrared Coronographic Imager for Gemini South) observations of potential long period companions detected via the Anglo-Australian Planet Search as well as exploiting other instruments capable of the direct detection of extra-solar planets.

After completing an MSci in Physics and Astronomy at Durham University (2003-2007) I moved to the University of Oxford where I completed a DPhil in Astrophysics (2007-2011), producing a thesis entitled "High Contrast Limitations of Slicer Based Integral Field Spectrographs".
