Astronomers using NASA's Spitzer Space Telescope have found seven Earth-sized rocky planets in the habitable zone of a single star. The planetary system is just 40 light years away in the constellation of Aquarius.
ACA Director Prof Martin Van Kranendonk participated in the 3rd NASA Mars Rover 2020 Landing Site workshop in California. Three sites were selected from eight - Jezero Crater, NE Syrtis, and a revisit to Columbia Hills where the Rover Spirit uncovered interesting material before contact was lost with it.
